Precautions for the use of Agricultural Chain :

Good reliability and maintainability. The chain should be resistant to special environments such as abrasion resistance and high-temperature resistance.
Good wear resistance. When the chain is working, the sprocket generally has a small number of teeth and a large turning angle between the links. The wear and elongation of the chain limit the service life.
Lightweight and high strength. The weight of the chain is usually proportional to the load borne by the chain. An overweight chain will increase the tension in the chain and limit the conveying capacity, which is uneconomical.
The damping of sliding or rolling should be small. Chains mostly slide on rails or rollers to support rolling forward sliding or rolling resistance, which can improve efficiency and life.
Strong impact resistance. Conveyors with uneven load, or conveyors under high-speed operation, are prone to impact loads in many cases, and the chain should have impact resistance and toughness.
