Industrial Sprocket manufacturers remind that the quantity, type and diameter of cables and air pipes, hydraulic pipes determine the size and distribution method of the inner cavity of the energy chain:

First of all, it is necessary to ensure that the load chain is reasonably and uniformly distributed within the chain (evenly distributed weight, reasonable space, hydraulic pipes, gas pipes, oil pipes and cables are best separated by vertical spacers into separate spaces; the number of the same load is more, the diameter difference is compared If it is large, it is best to use vertical spacers; if there are multiple layers, horizontal spacers can also be used to separate in the height direction).

Secondly, ensure that the load can move freely inside the energy chain to prevent entanglement between the loads during the arrangement; then calculate the inner height and inner width according to the arrangement of the load: usually the inner height and inner width are the arrangement of the load Multiply the maximum height and maximum width by 1.15; for example, for cable loads with diameters of 20, 30, 15, 20, and 15 arranged in a row, the required internal height and internal width of the energy chain are 34.5 and 115 mm, respectively;

Finally, see if the energy chain used needs to be fully enclosed (in the case of organic processing chips and a large number of dust particles, in order to better protect the load, a fully enclosed energy chain can be used)

Calculation of e-chains bending radius:

The calculation of the bending radius depends on the following two factors: A) In general, the maximum diameter or thickness (flat load) and the hardest cable determine the minimum allowable bending radius; B) The available installation space determines the allowable bending Radius (with limited installation space for e-chains).

Bending radius calculation method: 1. Cable: domestic cable bending radius is its maximum outer diameter multiplied by 8 to 10 times; imported cable bending radius is its maximum outer diameter multiplied by about 6 times; 2. tubing bending radius is its maximum Multiply the outer diameter by about 12 times; 3. The bending radius of the water pipe and trachea is about 10-12 times the maximum outer diameter of the pipe.
