2. After the sprocket is severely worn, the new sprocket and the new chain should be replaced at the same time to ensure good meshing. It is not possible to just change to a new chain or new sprocket alone. Otherwise, it will cause poor meshing and accelerate the wear of the new chain or new sprocket. After the sprocket tooth surface is worn to a certain level, it should be turned over and used in time.

 

3. The old chain cannot be mixed with the new local chain, otherwise, there will be an impact in the transmission and the chain will be broken. The chain should be filled with lubricating oil in time during work. The smooth oil needs to enter the matching gap between the roller and the inner sleeve to improve working conditions and reduce wear. When the machine is stored for a long time, the chain should be removed and cleaned with kerosene or diesel oil, and then coated with oil or butter and stored in a boring environment.

 

4. The Industrial Chain has no elastic sliding and slipping, and can adhere to a precise and uniform transmission ratio. The required tension is small, and the pressure acting on the shaft is also small, which can reduce the friction loss of the bearing. It can be used in high temperature and oily conditions.
