Conveyor Chain Maintenance Method

Today to share the maintenance method of Conveyor Chain :

1. The tightness of the chain is a matter of importance. Do not overtighten or loosen it, as this will damage the conveyor chain.

2. The chain should be kept clean to avoid exposure to sunlight and rain, and to prevent contact with acids and alkaline organic solvents.

3. If the chain is seriously worn, new chains and other parts should be replaced to ensure good results and extend its life.

4. When the chain is working, lubricating oil should be added in time, so that the chain can work more smoothly and quickly, and reduce wear.

5. The old chain cannot be mixed with the new chain. It should cause impact and damage the chain.

6. Leave the chain on there for a while, then use diesel oil or kerosene to clean it, then apply engine oil and place it in a dry place.
