Hangzhou Qianjiang Chain Industries Co., Ltd. has recently strengthened its technological capabilities by obtaining multiple national utility model patents, further improving automation in chain manufacturing and increasing overall production efficiency.

According to information from the China National Intellectual Property Administration, the company was granted a patent titled “Automatic Chain Plate Collection Device” with authorization announcement number CN223575365U, filed in January 2025. This patented system is designed to optimize the way chain plates are collected and aligned during production.

The device consists of a collection table, a vibrating screening machine, a collection track, and a discharge track. The discharge track connects with the collection track at a preset angle, and its inlet aligns precisely with the outlet of the vibrating screening machine. The collection track is designed with a height difference, with the end near the discharge track positioned higher than the far end. A movable press block is installed on the collection table, and a driving component controls its movement toward and away from the collection track.

During operation, chain plates inside the collection track continuously push subsequent plates forward, allowing U-shaped rods to be filled automatically. This automated mechanism significantly improves the efficiency of chain plate loading and reduces manual labor, which also benefits downstream processes such as roller chain manufacturing and assembly.

In another technological development, Hangzhou Qianjiang Chain Industries Co., Ltd. also secured a patent titled “Automatic Chain Component Assembly Device” with authorization announcement number CN223491998U. This invention focuses on improving the overall efficiency of assembling installation pins together with chain plates.

The device is composed of an assembly table, a feeding shell with an internal storage cavity, and a sliding channel connected to the cavity. A first driving component drives the chain plates to slide away from the feeding shell. At the same time, a pressing assembly aligned with the sliding channel provides stable positioning. The system is further equipped with two feeding pipes and a second driving component, which drives installation pins inside the feeding pipes toward the pressing assembly for accurate and efficient insertion.

Through coordinated automated movement, the equipment significantly improves the integrated assembly efficiency of chain plates and installation pins, improving consistency and stability during mass production.
